Did you know that Kelly has been an Escrow Rock Star for 30 years??? (must have been a baby when she started) She began her career as a receptionist at Mecca Escrow and worked her way up to the top! Kelly has an amazing memory and never forgets a name so if you ever are lucky enough to work with her she will remember you forever! In her free time she likes to spend time with her Grandkids, friends and family. She is a BIG-TIME concert junkie! 🤘🏻 Just ask her to name a concert she has not seen! This lovely gal has lived in the Murrieta/Temecula Valley since 1970 so she has truly seen it grow. She is our resident “Julie McCoy” activity’s director and the “Sock Lady” for all holidays. She has the power of 3 with Shauna Cobb and Amy Racz on her Team, and anyone that has worked with her knows how efficient and thoughtful she is.
What Kel's Assistants have to say.... Meeting back in 1996 while doing deliveries for a title company, Kelly’s was one of my favorite offices to visit, as they were all so nice, easy going and funny. Learning my affinity for sweets, she kept a stash of chocolates for me to raid each day. Fast Forward to 2000 where I was looking for a new place to work. Hiring me on the spot we quickly went from work acquaintances to fast friends and now family. A few small breaks here and there, and we have been together ever since.
The love this woman has for her friends and family is ferocious and fierce. She is selfless, thoughtful, tough as nails and one of the most generous people I have ever met.
If only I could count the ways my life has been impacted by Kelly. She is so much more than an excellent Escrow Officer with stellar efficiency and sky high moral standards. To me, she has been a mentor, teacher, parenting hot line, life coach and has provided me with endless buckets full of kindness and spoils. And lets not forget that she is “Julie McCoy” the Captain of our office fun-ship and activities director.
Thanks to Kel, I have seen more live music in the last 10 years than most people have seen in a lifetime. Her passion for concert going will have you out on a school night and dancing until your feet bleed and worth every yawn the following day. She is ridiculously fun, incredibly funny and SUPER PUN-ny. (Did I mention a little sprinkling of gangster too? Mmmm Hmmm)
A huge part of who I am is credited to Kels love, guidance and always being my “judgement free zone.” The pleasure of being her co-pilot all of these years has truly been mine.
I was asked to write something I love about Kelly Marcoux. Now, that’s not a hard task but when it comes to choosing one thing is where it becomes difficult. Everyone who has had the chance to work with her knows what an Amazing Escrow Officer she is but I wanted to highlight another side of her. The thoughtful selfless side she shows on a daily basis that deserves recognition. She is the first person thinking of others. It could be anything from a simple thank you note hidden in your desk to planning our office “fun ship” events, to give us all a little laughter in our day. She takes the time to go out of her way to make others happy. She spares no expense on creativity either. Her attention to detail, with anything, is above and beyond. I feel privileged every day to work with Kelly and words cannot express the gratitude I have for her mentor ship and friendship she has shown me over the years.
