Shavonda made her leap into the escrow world as an assistant for a busy 321 team. It wasn't long before her golden personality & creative ideas jumped out of the chair and into Sales/Marketing. Her goal as a sales rep is to always make clients feel well taken care of and appreciated. Her past work in marketing has given her the ability to promote, share, and show the true value in having escrow321 in your corner! She's sure to brighten your day when she walks into your office with her radiant vibe. When she's not out in the field, Shavonda can be found running around with her two kids and husband attending youth sports or other extra-curriculars and enjoying their newest family member, fur baby, Sunny!

They may be the “new guy” in town, but this company is stacked with veteran Escrow officers and their assistants who know how to get it done for you! Personally I use the Kate and Chanda team, and they are rockstars!! When I need them, they are there for me even if that means a Sunday morning phone call. As a Realtor my team needs to work as one, and I know with these ladies my clients will receive that first class service they deserve. Keep it up ladies!!
